The centre supports capacity building by providing training, workshops and meetings for Ruchika's staff, volunteers, community leaders and partner organisations, enabling them to enhance their skills and improve the quality of services delivered to vulnerable children and communities.

The surplus generated is reinvested to support the education and well-being of children studying in Ruchika's Platform Schools, ensuring that every event held here helps create brighter futures for children in need.
